aware, organize and mobilize the people of Sindh for the realization of

Member of this association team? |
|
Every
male or female of aged 18 years or above who work by heart and soul for work
of social welfare can apply and it will be necessary for every member to
bound him self for proper implementation of constitution of organization. |

are the categories of member ship? |
There are various types of members mention below.
- Pattern
Any person who can n work far organization with his will and can donate
amount of rupees 5000.that person can be patren.
- Life member
Person who donate Rs.1000. Business committee can decide for his life time
member ship
- Ordinary Member
Any person who donate Rs 15 per month can be ordinary member.
- Honorary Member
Any person who give special service for this organization.
- Cooperate Member
Business committee far special reason can make member.

is the procedure admission of member ship? |
- Any person can be
member after filling member ship form but Business Committee have the
right to reject or accept.
- General body have
right to hear the case against rejection of member ship.
- After decision any
person can be member by paying fee.

following members can cost their vote and they also can be candidate far any
post:

can participate in ordinary meetings and remain in co -sharer in

with in time he has no right to contest the election of the organization for any
post or cost the vote and he has also not right to take part in any movement of
the organization.

is the procedure for cancellation of member ship? |
- any member who can not pay monthly member ship fee after due date with
in one month then fifteen days notice can be issued by treasure secretary
if he remain defaulter then fifteen days notice can be issued after
inquiry. Second notice may be issued against defaulter member then his
member ship can be cancelled.
- Those members whose activities -aims and objects are against
organization-the notice can be issued by business committee then business
committee have power to cancel the member ship 2/3rd majority.
- In case of death.
- Resignation e t c . any member can sub mitt resignation before
business committee.

is the Procedure For Restoration Of Member Ship? |
- Cancelled member
can be restoring if he pays his dues and he give application before
business committee. Business committee can restore his member ship.
- The member who’s
written statement can Nat satisfy business committee for restoration of
member ship that member can apply before general body. and general body
can restore his member ship by 3/2 of majority.
- In
case of non payment the notice of cancellation member ship can be
published in news paper it can be done in case of big organization if
there is difficult to send notice.

Elections held? |
(i)the election will held after two years .
(II)business committee will work till new elected body is nat elected.
(III)election committee will be of three members including president such
decision will decide in annual meeting and election committee to arrange
election for business committee and office bears .
(IV)the members of election committee can nat contest election.
(V)notice will be send to all members of orgnization by post before fiften
days in which election shedule and date and time be must
postal reciept is must.
(VI) for the candidates it is nessarry that they should send thair nomition
form to election committee chairman seven days before election .candidate can
with draw two days before election.
(VII)election will held secrate belt paper. |

what is the Method For Opening Units? |
A.22 members are necessary for opening units.
B.any person who want to be member will pay rs 15 per month.
C.it is necessary for every unit to pay half of member ship fee and donation
to senteral orgnization and half in his account in nearest bank with
singnature of president and general secretary.
D.president of unit has power to use rs 500 hundred in emergency and genarl
secretary can use rs 200.
E.it is necessary for every unit to arrange meeting every month. |
